Hiking Recap

May 24: Overnight, a cold front had moved in and it was near freezing when we woke up. ThAt was a surprise! We had an amazing breakfast and hot the trail around 10. I had been nervous about the hike today, as it was a very steep descent. What with the rain we had been having, the cold, and the rocks, I was envisioning something like descending K2.
For ally worrying, it was a pretty chill walk. We stopped at Angel's Rest viewpoint for a peek, and entered Pearisburg around 2. We went into town for a resupply, town food, and for that phone charger I've been missing. We decided to stay the night, as well, since the forecast was once again calling for low 30's at night. Plus there's those mattresses! I love sleeping on 'em!

hi anty heather tamarow is field day mom is healping out.We will be shure to take pictures so you c an see them when you come back.For field day thare are three teams i dont know who picks them but the teams are blue team red team and green team i am on blue team and brandon is on green team .I will die my hair blue brandon will die his green.We need to wear the color of the team we are on.Also we will eat pizza outside for lunch and also will get sluch durring the game part.I know what you are thinking she has not even said what the game part is.Well if that was what you were thinking i will tell you what or how the hole day is planed.First we will get to school of corse.Next we will ether red and eat snack or have snack and read.Just so you know this is for my class i have NO IDIA what brandons class is doing. ok back to bisness ok i relly dont know what my class is doing tamarow.So now i will tell you about the game part.We go out in the filed and do fun opsticals like thelong jump and the fiftey yard dash those are just some of them.I will tell you more when you get back.Today we had a pizza party with the mayor of melrose.Plus his son is in my class he has been for two years now.My brain is stuck right now.EVEN BETTER I GOT A 96 ON MY ASSMENT MATH TEST YAY.Also my class went to DPW day and mom healped out.And my class also went to the sea cost scince ceter.Did you see my skateing show mom has my nubers on her i phone.Did you make any new friends.I LOVE YOU LOVE CAROLINE
