For the first week and a half or so, this was my lunch:
LEMON TUNA COUSCOUS
1/3 cup couscous
1teaspoon mint
1 teaspoon lemongrass
1 teaspoon onion powder
Put ingredients in ziplock. In morning, add 2/3 cup water to bag and throw in backpack. At lunch, add 1/2 pouch of tuna.
Voila! And yummy.
